A Home of Our Own
Capital Building Campaign

A true Texas treasure, the Fort Bend Boys Choir has been an endearing and enduring part of the community for almost thirty years. The organization has flourished even though we have no permanent home for rehearsals, auditions and workshops. The Choir has always been dependent on the generosity of the local area churches for providing much-needed rehearsal space. While we appreciate their kindness, we really need a permanent place to call home.

A capital building campaign was formally announced at our 20th Anniversary Spring Concert in 2002 with an initial gift of $125,000.00 from Mrs. Wanda L. Adams and the William L. Adams Memorial Endowment. Our dream of finding a home of our own continues today, thanks to many generous supporters including Mrs. Wanda L. Adams and the William L. Adams Memorial Endowment. To date, they have donated $325,000 to our organization!

Our dream of a home of our own would include 3,000-5,000 square feet for administrative, rehearsal and performance space for all choirboys in our five ensembles. In addition, it will be a place for the many thousands of boys, now grown men, to come back as alumni and continue to help make a difference in the lives of young boys. This will be a place where our boys can come to hang out, sing and be true to themselves. The Fort Bend Boys Choir has proudly represented Fort Bend County and the State of Texas through many significant venues. We successfully accomplished this even though we have no permanent home of our own. If you would like to contribute towards our dream of a permanent home, please give us a call in the choir office. All donations are tax-deductible. Help us make this dream a reality!
